1. Promotional description
The Virginia Track Bonus is a welcome credit promotion concept for new pari-mutuel wagering customers tied to approved Virginia horse racing activity. Eligible participants may receive promotional Track Credits equal to the net loss from their first qualifying set of pari-mutuel wagers, up to a maximum of $300.
2. Promotional period
This promotional concept is displayed for the 2026 season. Participation windows, if implemented by the operator, are subject to operator approval, regulatory requirements, and modification or termination at any time.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must complete account registration and required identity checks.
- You must make a first successful deposit of at least $25.
- You must place your first qualifying pari-mutuel wager set within seven days of account approval.
- You must not be self-excluded, restricted, suspended, or otherwise ineligible under operator or regulatory rules.
4. Qualifying wager rules
Qualifying wagers must be funded with deposited cash and placed on approved live, simulcast, or historical horse racing pools. Voided wagers, canceled tickets, refunded pools, bonus-funded bets, or wagers later flagged as irregular or prohibited do not count.
5. Credit calculation
If the first qualifying wager set settles at a net loss, Track Credits may be awarded in an amount equal to the lesser of that net loss or $300. Losses below $50 may be returned as one Track Credit. Losses of $50 or more may be returned as six equal Track Credits.
6. Credit restrictions
- Track Credits are promotional only and are not cash.
- Track Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
- Track Credits may be used only for pari-mutuel wagering with the participating operator.
- Track Credits expire seven days after issue unless stated otherwise.
- The promotional value of a Track Credit is not included in net cash-out value.
7. Registration and account integrity
All account information must be accurate and complete. The operator may require government-issued identification, address confirmation, payment verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks. Multiple accounts, false identities, or abusive patterns void the promotion.
8. Responsible gaming
Any exclusion, cool-off, time-out, or responsible gaming limit may affect bonus eligibility or account access. You agree that responsible gaming controls take priority over promotional participation.
9. Suspension, cancellation, and force majeure
The operator may suspend, modify, cancel, or refuse the promotion where fraud, abuse, technical failure, integrity concerns, legal changes, or events beyond reasonable control affect wagering or the promotion.
